Refund policy
RETURNS
We accept returns on unopened products within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us to arrange a return. Return shipping fees are the customer's responsibility.
Once the package has been returned, we will inspect the contents within a reasonable time frame and issue you a refund equal to the value of the items returned. If we find during inspection that the contents are not in an unopened condition, any loss in value will be deducted from your refund.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable when making a return. If your order qualified for free shipping, actual shipping costs to send your original package to you will be deducted from your refund.
EXCHANGES
We do not have a formal exchange system. You are welcome to request a return and place a new order afterward.
CANCELLATIONS
All In-Stock orders and Preorders may be cancelled as long as your order has not yet shipped. Contact us before your order ships to request a cancellation.
FINAL SALE
Some items may be marked as FINAL SALE. These items may be cancelled but cannot be returned once the order has been shipped and delivered.
RETURN-TO-SENDER
Packages that are returned to sender by the courier will be treated as a return once the package has been redelivered to us. Any fees required to process the return-to-sender will be deducted from the total refund.
Return-to-sender packages are those that are 1) undeliverable due to an invalid address provided by the customer, 2) unclaimed past a hold expiration date at the customer's local post office or similar location (such as a UPS Access Point), or 3) refused by the customer at the time of delivery, or by telephone or web instructions (such as via a UPS My Choice account).
